Nice Interface, well designed,
user can add to, view or download
the lists.  Very simple to setup,
a must have for all bbs's who have
even one person online that likes
to cook.

"DIETPLAN" is a Database File that allows the users to determine their daily 
intake of Protein, Calories, Fats, Cholesterol, etc.  The Total Daily Amounts
of these items are then compared to the Recommended Daily Amounts.
"DIETPLAN" is written using Microsoft "ACCESS 1.1" database software.
