ENCODE.EXE + DECODE.EXE V2.0 - File
encoding/decoding. These files allow you to
encode a plain text file into undecipherable
form, then decode back to its original state.
You can use a password to lock the file if
you like. Only normal text available directly
from the keyboard can be used (ie. you cannot
use ALT + keypad to use spurious characters!
